White Balloons in island flyover

Is there a map or anything as to the locations of these!, i am missing 1 balloon in all 3 stages, as it's my last stamp it is starting to get annoying..

Try looking at boats. I had one balloon remaning for dozens if not hundreds of flights, but could never find it because I wasn't looking out to sea. I thought the stamp description said boats, cars and planes were excluded. Actually it says "Balloons on planes or vehicles... don't count for this stamp." I guess a boat isn't considered a vehicle in the eyes of the game designers.

The reason that there is white balloons on some boats is because it is in one of the boat areas E.G. Whale Watching, Fishing Spot, Undersea Cable inspection & The Diving spot. The Boats are stationary, and if you look closely there is a little chair with a Mii standing in it and he/she is holding the balloon, so officially, it’s not attached to the vehicle. It is done this way by the produces to trick you out.

For any body else who needs help, try and fly above and press either up or down (cant remember whcih one) on the D pad or nunchuck and you should get a birds eye view, this will help to see any that are in the open.

I have found every single one in night time and evening but i cant find the last one in the daytime, im geussing it will be right infront of me. When i only needed one on evening, i had been on it for a couple of hours, then i was almost falling to sleep and i looked up, and there it was lol, i was just flying over it. I geuss there is such thing as fate.

Look in town, it seems obvious but I found my last ballon around the corner of a building.

I'm a late-comer to all this. How do you know if there is only one balloon left? [thanks to those who pointed out that Miis are holding balloons on some of the stationary boats in several i-points; I'll try that]

I got all the White Balloons in the Pilotwings Resort's Free Flight Mode without any help. But I don't think I see balloons in Wii Sports Resort's Free Flight Mode on YouTube.

I found my last night balloon by this random car pulled over by cabana lagoon. Start by the mysterious ruins and follow the road towards the island loop tunnel #2, you'll see the car on the side of the road and two people with balloons. Someone I had gotten one previously but not the other.

I found my last in the city diagonal of bowling house below the arch.
