This is so frustrating. Its annoying when you think you've joined a decent team but they turn out to be just as crap as everyone else! Im at Ajax and the players dont appear to have any eyesight at all, they dont even notice when a player is in front of them and they just carry on running with the ball into them!! ARGH! rant over

why do you guys say you can't play the world cup..im pretty sure you can.

anyway i am in my second season with Torino (3rd overall) and after a great start to my season i am completely fed up with my team. I had this team on my back, we were 2nd in Serie A and everything was great. (we even beat inter on a 90th minute goal, my assist, in the San Siro) but after that things went downhill. After the transfer window we started playing well again but this last game in the Coppa Italia pissed me off.

We won the first leg 1-0 over Cagliari away (my goal)
so we come home for the second leg. I score after 13 minutes after some great teamwork. Then my keeper (who must be a spy for the other team) lost the game all by himself.

In the 34th some Cagliari guy played an ill adivsied lob through ball to absolutely no one...however as the ball bounces straight to my keeper he just watches go right by him 1-1

then 5 minutes later the icing on the cake. My deffender {natali) made a great tackle in the box but as he tried to find space to clear the ball he ran straight into the goal post...LUCKY for Cagliari their undercover agent Sereni (my "goalkeeper") decided to take the ball from Natali and smash it into the top corner of his own net. we go one to lose 2-1..when the manager takes me off after 60 mins

ARGGGGGG !!! i cant take it anymore..not to mention my manger is an idiot and my teammates all think they are the second coming of maradonna

First up, you can't play World Cup on PS2 for some stupid ass reason as it shouldn't really demand that much from the console. I hope they bring in for PES10.

Second,I know exactly how you feel, I'm with Liverpool now and although the passing has gotten better, I still experince that when I call for the ball from the defense they kick it as hard as they can up to the strikers who then passes to me. Needless to say I'm not in position anymore to do ANYTHING with the ball and it usually goes to an opponent.

anyone got any tips on where to strenghten an attackin winger as much as possible asap? what should i focus on , speed an stamina ...PS3

Is that quicker than doin like 6 for 2 at a time an workin through?

Makes more sense to do it like that though since you wouldn't have to change your strengthen options every week, and you're targeting the things that are actually useful to a winger, opposed to just beefing up everything.

I usually just have one or two really high and then distribute the rest our evenly. I really need to work on my dribbling though, Zola is just too slow on the ball

an how long does it take before thaose stats start to show?

Cos at the min im constantly 6 boxes on stamina (trin 2 get to the point where i can last a whole game) and the other 6 are thrown on either dribbling or speed, back and forward till i can have dribbling accuracy and speed in late 80's , THEN move onto shooting..

But i really dont kwnow what will be quicker that way or your way!

What's your stamina level atm? If it's under 80, get it to 80 and then just leave 1 or 2 blocks on it cuz if you're starting matches and sprinting alot in them, you should get lots of match-experience for stamina. And besides, once you're around 85 and higher, stamina's not really useful. I have 91 stamina and I can sprint the entire game and not get subbed off for fatigue etc.

I'd say Davey's distribution is pretty good.
