Flaming
Any type of abusive or threatening language directed toward other members in the PES community will be considered flaming. This is a zero tolerance rule across the site and any posts which are deemed inflammatory will be edited or deleted on sight, with the possibility of a harsh punishment in addition. The forums are intended to be peaceful and fun places for people to discuss various different topics in a friendly manner, therefore flaming has no place on Neoseeker.

Spamming
Irrelevant, off-topic messages are frowned upon and very much against the rules. Under no
circumstances should spam be posted anywhere in the forum. Any messages which are viewed as useless will most likely be deleted and repeat offenders will be punished. It is advisable to keep all posts on the topic of Pro Evolution Soccer with the exception of a few select threads where it will usually be indicated that off-topic discussion is allowed.

Memberating
This act is so called because it involves a member impersonating a moderator by acting like they have power within the forum. This could be if someone tells another member that their thread should be closed, insisting that another member is banned and other such instances. Memberating is very frustrating for moderators to deal with so if any member seems to have broken on of the rules then it is sensible to use either the report or PM features to make the moderators aware of the situation.

Advertising
Other websites should not be advertised within posts on the forum, however you may advertise in your custom title, signature or profile. Threads and messages created solely to advertise will be deleted on sight and the rule breaker could be banned without warning.

Thread Titles
When creating a new thread it is important to use a short yet informative title to make other forum participants fully aware of the topic. Long or unclear titles can be confusing for other visitors to the site and can contribute to making the forum look untidy.

To ensure a good relationship between the members and moderators, you should make a special effort to abide by both these rules and the forum-wide rules throughout your time in the Pro Evolution Soccer 2009 PS3 forum.
