	hay real good question man i was thinkin ght eh same i don't like the way u have no idea were shops are in the game. i loved MW and CARBON were all you did was drive around and find them wish this was the case caws would be great to drive 2 and from a place like this . and wals be cool to have a safe house well have fun man

	Right. It is easy. You just need to get about 25% to unlock the Tier 3 cars, 55% for Tier 2. To unlock the parts, just do the same. You can always access the shop at any time, just pause the game. But you can only buy things in it if you have so much game completion.

	all the shops are in the GPS on the menu, u just move your cursor and seelect the shop u want
