Ok, at one point in the game, Bilbo comes out of a cave and says, Sunlight Again. Soon you climb the green vine clinging to the cliff and enter another cave. Drat these dark caves Bilbo quips.

Ok let's go back to when Bilbo climbs that vine. At the top of that vine he jumps onto that area. When he does, and you go into that cave, you go between two other caves that are higher up than the one you enter. Look up and you will see them. As you face the caves, the high one on Bilbo's left is the troll cave. You get there by pole vaulting from the one on his right.

Now from where you got the key. Drop off that pedestal and go over the edge of that area onto that huge mushroom. Then drop down to the floor and go over to that rope hanging from the ceiling. Facing the rope with the pedestal where you got the key behind you, to the right is two caves. One is over the other. Climb the rope to the top cave and follow it to the end. As you come out you will be above the place where you entered the cave where Bilbo said, drat these dark caves. Pole vault over to the other side, and explore. Rocks will take out those two wolves easy. That chest is easy too. And put the key in that door to get sting! Good Luck!
