To create a new page in there search for:

But substitute Page Name Here with what you really want it to be called.

When you get to the search result page, click 'Create this page' and then start typing the information!

Every page needs:

at the top!

You should be able to hit the "Watch" tab at the top of the page and it'll show up here.

I guess I did it to make them seem more apparent (the glowing colors) and I added the color for red because that was an easy color change

For the first question, its a 'sub page' but thats just for organizational purposes. The Assassin's Creed WikiGuide is one of many located on the same domain/wiki (WikiGuides).
