Help needed with Elder Scrolls Main Page

Could really do with a bit of help on the main page for the wiki, as I don't really feel it looks up to scratch compared to some other wikis.

Things that need doing;

1) Text on the left made normal, shouldn't be bold.
2) Under Navigation make it so that the Oblivion and Morrowind lists are side by side. like on this page
3) Put the featured article in the left panel, like here.

Any help is muchly appreciated. I would try and work at it myself but I haven't a clue when it comes to coding.

Hmm ok, I'm quite confused about the bold on the left as looking through all the code for the main page I see nothing that looks like it has anything to do with the actual text. :/

I see Nagare did the little navigation thing, plus I changed the position of the featured article myself.
