This is a reminder that pages should do more than inform users of what or who something or somebody is in the game. It should include things that could help visitors play the game.

Some examples of information include:

Characters:

• Where might you find this character in the game?
• When can you access the character? Do you have to finish certain tasks first, or go to a certain place at a certain time?
• How do you deal with the character?
• Are there things a player should know when confronting the character? Perhaps there is dialogue and the character should choose certain topics to unlock certain levels
• What can you do to improve the response from the character? For instance, when you first meet him or her, they might not even want to talk to you.

Krunal said to me not to include tips, but yeah, this will certainly be a helpful reminder for those working on the FF Wiki.

The "Prime Directive" of wikis, in terms of the type of content, should actually be "Walkthrough/FAQ style game related information". The vast majority of visitors would be coming to find that type of information. Encyclopedic info is an important component as well, and a required base, so building it up is very necessary - but that's what it should be considered: a basic minimal requirement. Contributors should take things further.

Think of NeoWikis as a set of massively community collaborated lore bases and walkthroughs for games.

Well I think that iReaperX is putting where shortcuts and stuff are on the NFS wiki. I hope to get screenshots of them later on though.

Wouldn't it be better to have separate pages off from the main character profile for game information? For games, wouldn't separate pages for the various bits of information be cleaner?
