in my opinion anything that can put the opponent to sleep the fastest and is strong enought to take it down is the best, but then theres early bird. but if this is 1 v 1 darkrai would probably have the upper hand, idc if i sound like a noob but its true, another would be a breloom if its max eved in speed but then there are still faster pokemon,

i think in order to solve this problem you would need a super computer

This thread is stupid, everyone just says I think this is the best because it is better than (insert pkmn name here) it's all opinons!! Legandarys are all good and rares are all good people don't come in to opinns of classic good pkmn like butterfree, it became even better with compound eyes, and tyrannitar (self explanation) He's just really good if you know how to use him, everything is good if you know how to use it.. even Paras!! I hate Paras...
