	ive beated the leader in veilstone city but there are still team galaxy people in that building..... and on lake valor are still team galaxy people ive beat the leader in that cave too and there are still magicarp flopping on the ground... how do i fill the lake with water ?? and what is that pilar ore something

	You have to catch giratina and have freed the lake pokemon from the distoration world and have beaten the eigth gym leader.
