The game crashes if there are ever 0 Pokémon in party, so Missigno is there as a placeholder at the beginning of the game. If they made it a real Pokémon, they'd just need another to replace its job... Where'd you read that? -------------------

	Well there would be nothing special about Missingo if it was included in the game, so there would not be as much mystery around it.
