	i think u have to find the alien signs so u can access the next world or level. when u replay the game and u go to the mueseum u`ll get the spy glasses then look strait up using them ull see one. or the robot lady tells u wat to do.

You will unlock the treehouse after finding all alien codes (need the spy glasses to see them its only 3 of doese i all levels) and the keycards unlocks the room where you will get the chamber (it restores life once in a level) but you need the code for it (Up,Up,Down,Down,Left,Right,Left,Right) thats all.
