Glitch during "Beat it" |
|
Just wanted to know if anyone else had this problem. Its not even that big of a problem. Basically, this only happens during one song, that being Michael Jackson's "Beat It". On the Guitar part, I come against this problem of not hearing any guitar during the fast guitar playing (not the solo but the bit that goes: Yellow, yellow, yellow, blue + orange, yellow yellow, yellow, blue + orange). While it says it is registering and I don't hear any mistake noises, I also don't hear any guitar, just the bass and drums. I turned them down as far as they can go and the guitar up as loud as possible and still nothing.

No dice. That part's in there. Not only do I remember playing that before the glitch happened, but upon listening to the song again I have my statement reinforced. We have a problem.

Really? I just got the game today and seem to recall some parts where the guitar didn't work.
Also, Bullet for my Valentine on hard suffers from the same thing. It's painfully obvious since it's about 8 notes. ------------------- Twilight in a nutshell: The story of a young woman's choice to practice either bestiality or necrophilia.

Yeah, the weirdest part is that the multiplier is still going up even though it doesn't register the sound.

I don't have the Wii Version but my version hasn't had any problems with that sort of thing...
I assume its a problem with the disc, does it have any scratches (mine had a big ol scratch on it when I bought mine [not from my misuse, it came as that]). ------------------- ![]()

Hm... I wish that didn't happen. I'm getting WT for Christmas probably, and I don't want one of my favourite songs (Beat It) to stuff up D:

I have the same problem. I was just playing "Sweet Home Alabama (Live)" and as I came to the end of the song, they give a little solo at the end. I noticed that the "entire" game volume seemed to disappear. Not only could I not hear the guitar, I could barely hear the song being played. Then randomly, the volume picked back up and my notes began to sound like I was playing them. I think it's annoying and it has happened on several occasions and in more than about 4 or 5 songs.

its a audio problem because of how some of the tracks are masterfully dubbed. if you can change the audio setting from stereo to mono, do it. thats how you fix the problem. this happened to me when i played GH3 and that's wht the problem was

I don't have this problem, and I have the wii version.
However, in this one song on bass (I can't remember) there are open note hammer on's that don't appear on the chart. The only way you figure out that they're there is because earlier in the song you play >(note - open hammer on - hammer on note) < Can't remember what notes, sorry. Anyway, you play these notes later in the song, but the open note isn't there. Yet you still have to play the open note. I guess people were lazy with the wii version. ------------------- ![]() And Doctors, and Lawyers & Cops
