They should make a web of shadows 2 that picks up from the your ending of the first game (spoiler alert) if you finished on the red ending with MJ perhaps venom isn't dead and finds a new host, if you achieved the black ending with black cat then you have the symbiotic army at your control and symbiotic wolverine is your main foe along with the S.H.I.E.L.D. army after you.

Story
Red path - Spiderman tries to hunt down the remaining symbiotes to find out if Venom is alive. All while trying to gain back respect of his allies.

Black - Spiderman runs the symbiote army and slowly goes on a path to kill every resistance. Meanwhile, he tries to beat up his only symbiote traitor, Wolverine.

Story - Beginning
Red - After the events of the helicarrier crash, Spider-man soon learns that symbiotic samples remained. After the symbiote invasion returned, Spider-man joined the national resistance once learning that his former two allies, Scott Summers and Nick Fury had been killed by Carnage. While others fight on, Parker must survive the war and find a new way to end the symbiotes.

Black - 4 months have passed and symbiotes continue to fight the resistance. With the mistaken awakening of Carnage, Parker must avoid being hunted down by Wolverine and find plus kill the sinister Kletus Kasady. All while choosing to join S.H.I.E.L.D or destroy everybody but those who follow him.
