	The shop should open shortly after you meet Lyla. ^__^ You meet her at the Flower Festival. 	Have you checked the map? ^__^ When she opens up, I know she's on the right part of town, to the right of the square/mayor's house. 	hi, I had her in town wandering around and wondered why she had not moved in, she was not on my map. i then found her by accident. The square is in a cross shape if you enter it and come out of it east(far right hand side), there is a small shed , this is the hearty lylas shop!! hope this helps.
