Yes that would be an example of Flaming someone. So obviously you should try and avoid this at all costs, because it will get you nothing other than a chit-chat with myself, a warning, or possibly even a Ban from the forum.
Spamming & Off Topic Posting Don't reply to a thread with a completely off-topic post. For example: Member 1: In which Hu Lao Gate version do you think Lu Bu was hardest to beat? I say DW3.
Member 2: OMFG!!@1 I just won on a scratch-off lottery ticket!!!
The above obviously is completely off-topic and most know/understand that. Member 1: In which Hu Lao Gate version do you think Lu Bu was hardest to beat? I say DW3.
Member 2: Tadakatsu Honda > Lu Bu.
That also is an example of spam, more specifically an Off Topic Post. Although Member 2 is technically talking about Lu Bu, his post doesn't keep with the topic of the thread and is only going to derail it from its intended course.
Miscellaneous
AdvertisingObviously it is a Forum Wide rule of Neoseeker, that you as a member are not allowed to advertise any of your sites or another site unless you have it contained within your signature, Neohome, etc. I am sure you all understand this, as you agreed to understand it by signing up to Neoseeker.
Double PostingUse the Edit feature located at the bottom of your posts. All registered members of Neoseeker have this option and are expected to use it accordingly. So please try and Edit your posts into one, do not post consecutive posts.
Duplicate ThreadsPlease try to use the Thread Index before making a thread.
FloodingDo not flood the forum with messages. What this means is do not reply to every single thread on the first page in an effort to raise your post count. If your messages are well-intentioned and you contribute to each thread but yet find yourself replying to every thread - don't worry. This rule is just here for those that are trying to raise their post count. In short - if you're posting because you actually want to discuss the topic, you're fine! ^^
Game ThreadsAny game thread which holds no contribution or merit to the forum will be deleted after they are finished. So don't participate in these if you just want to raise your post count, as your post count won't be any different after they are locked and set for deletion.
MemberatingI'm the moderator so if you feel something someone has done is wrong, use the  report Feature or PM me and I will take care of it. Please don't take a situation into your own hands by berating a member for a mistake and/or something they have done of which you feel is wrong. Remember, we want this to be a friendly community!
Offensive MaterialIf you find anything within the forum to be offensive at all such as:- Cursing
- Certain Images
- Comments
- Jokes
- Etc.
PM myself or just use the Report Feature, and follow its instructions accordingly.
ROMs/EmulatorsPlease in no way, shape or form link or post about these such things. They are outlawed and you stand no reason or purpose to discuss them during your stay here.
