I'm doing a quest that requires me to go back to the Sea of Wailord. Trouble is, the Wailord's gone from the oil works, the boat men won't give me a ride to the Sea of Wailord, and I can't fly there. So how on earth do I do this quest?

after you first go to the sea of wailord, hi is where are the guys who take you to boyleland by sea (on slateport..) if he isnt taking you there, then you either got a mission, like the last mission or an important one, or either you got something to do.

I have finished the game, so I don't have any more missions to do, and the only guys in Pueltown that can take me anywhere are the ones taking me to Boyland, Haruba Village, or the Puel Sea. Nothing mentioned about the Sea of Wailord. So, can you give me a slightly clearer description of exactly who to talk to, please?

There is a guy beside a table on the left part that takes me there. It's Capt Wail. if you can't know him, maybe you should go get wailord? he's either in the other port of haruba desert where there is the sudowoodo or in the capture arena

I'm pretty sure it's after you rescue the Wailord you can go there. That or after you do the quest with the Lumineon.
