Is there any information on this?

EDIT: An article that I read released that Nirvana, OK Go, and No Doubt will be some of the bands to feature songs on this edition.

I don't believe so. I am pretty sure that Red Octane only revealed the method of play.

Here is some information on Guitar Hero DS songs

Tbh, whatever they do, it's going to be good, they haven't disappointed on the other versions.

True, But I think they might go with slower songs this time around (which is not cool). Guitar Hero: Aerosmith looks kind of bad... If it wasnt Aerosmith I wouldnt even think about buying it.

Guitar Hero: Rock's the 80's was a tad disappointing, but oh well.

I heard 25 songs, thats also a tad bit dissapointing. Only 25 songs to play?

Maybe they realized they already have enough fan-base to start skimping on the content?

Or maybe because the capacity of a DS game is nowhere near that of a Wii/PS2/PS3/360 game, but that is logically speaking.

Possibly, but I doubt they are going to risk all the extra memory, when they could just want it to be functional.

Actually I am hoping they mean 25 songs for the main song list. so it would be 25+ bonus songs+ possible DLC
