special moves and items backpack lets him have 6 slots
sturggle if he is ever on the ground he can struggle back to his feet can only be done once every scenario.
moves counterattack if you time this move right you can dodge a zombie grab then kick him to his side.
knife throw he has 7 knifes to throw does damage a little bit less than david wrenches do
story he is a miltary secret agent so when the miltary first heard word of the virus he was secretly sent in by chopper. then he sees people running and screaming so he takes action.
his first snceario is night of the living dead. enemies zombies and boss nemsis

You say not to make a overpowering character and you just have. I mean he has got 3 personal items and 3 special moves. A character only has 1 of each, with exeptions of sometimes 2, like Kevin and Alyssa with their pot shots and Mark with his heavy blow thing.

First scenario:James was at Kendo's gun shop till a licker kill's Kendo game starts after he runs out the back with his 9mm Glock.

Weapon:a Scythe, she's also deadly with guns too and uses them in a pinch and when it gets really dangerous
Looks: (exactly like this and she was wearing the exact clothes as in the picture too)
Family:her two sisters Elaine and Matilda,Dad George Hamilton(he's the only father figure she's ever known both of her sisters were adopted by him along with her),God Brother Jim Chapman cause they both have had such an excellent friendship for a real long time etc.
Background:10+ years of martial arts,very computer savvy(thanks to Yoko enchancing her lessons),natural ability on medicinal history etc.
Story:Moonlight was abandoned and abused as a child at 4 years old she was in such bad shape when she was found, outside Raccoon City Hospital literally crawling on the ground to the entrance cause she couldn't even walk,but despite her tough childhood she had she's a very happy go lucky girl and always thinks of other people first, when another Doctor was on call and saw her outside crawling he alerted George right away, and as a result she ended up in very good hands she started healing fast with his help and encouragement, he told her that she and her sisters deserved better and that he would like to adopt her,Elaine and Matilda, now 13 years later she's completely healed from her injuries and is able to fully walk again, she was still stuck in Raccoon City when the outbreak was starting to happen, she was in J's Bar when the night started literally falling apart she met, and teamed up with her best friends Cindy Lennox,Kevin Ryman,Mark Wilkins,Yoko Suzuki,David King,Chris and Claire Redfield,Steve Burnside,Sherry Birkin,Jill Valentine,Carlos Oliveira,Leon S.Kennedy,Rebecca Chambers,Billy Coen,her God Brother Jim,her dad George and everyone else that was in her long line of BFF's she had and still does have in order to survive.

Special Actions

Zombie decoy

she can fake being a zombie to avoid being attacked even though she doesn't turn into one and it lowers her virus count back down to a normal stable state is very useful when she's about to be attacked.

scythe throw

this is the most dangerous and deadly special action that Moonlight has when her partners get in trouble and are about to die is when it counts the most you can throw her scythe as many times as you like cause it's infinite is also extremely useful when she's about to be surrounded.

Other Info:she almost became an umbrella test subject but with Jill's,Sherry's,Claire's,Leon's and Kevin's quick thinking she was able to be saved and escaped completely unharmed.

her first scenario:she starts off in the fashion boutique when her cousin Alexis is being attacked and almost turns into a zombie but with her exceptional medical knowledge she is able to save her cousin due to her stealing a whole bunch of the Anti-Virus from the umbrella facility she was held captive at and she made it more powerful by adding her own ingredients and special antibodies that are highly resistant to the T-Virus into the Anti-Virus to make it work faster she injected Alexis with the enhanced batch and she returned back to her human state lightning quick.
