Weapon types

Basically, i like every weapon type except LS and SNS,No HBG because they're hard to use,Gs no fav cos bit hard to use for me
DS:Ebony Wings-Awesome affinity,nice sharpness and decent damage
Chereau's Tool-Just for Aesthetics, a knife and fork for eating monsters
GL:World's End-Looks good, great damage and elemental damage counts
Wanning Moon Darklance- Awesome sharpness and affinity and looks and great damage
Lance:Gravedigger-Very high raw and looks great.
Darkness-Great for paralysing,decent raw and great sharpness
LBG:Silver Spartacus-negative affinity but can fire loads of normal and pierce S
Grenade Launcher+-Awesome for raining clust n crag on monsters and very versatile.
Continuation: Hammers:Chaotic Order-Looks and name is epic, one of the best hammers, extreme high raw and totally beats GS in mobility while keeping high damage(also one of best for speed runs[melee])

Favorite weapon types: Hammer, Lance, Greatsword, Heavy Bowgun, and Light Bowgun.

Hammer: Magnitude, Chaotic Order.
Why: Because K.O.-ing monsters is amazing, and when you get good at it... nothing stands a chance. Not even Rajang.

Lance: Black Rain Darklance, Darkness, Gravedigger.
Why: I love the outstanding guarding capabilities, and it's my favorite way to annihilate G-rank Tigrex. The charge is ridiculously useful when timed correctly. The sidestepping is stupid useful with increased evasion as well.

Greatsword: King Atillart Sword, Buster Blade G.
Why: Their charge attack has stopped many a charging wyvern from hitting me. It generally makes me feel extremely powerful and godlike when I fight with it. The fact that it actually has a guard just makes it that much more useful.

Heavy Bowgun: Ancient Dragonwood Cannon, Ceanataur Blaster, Ukanlos Cannon.
Why: The amount of damage output dealt by heavy bowguns just astonishes me, I used to think the "Black Phalanges" quest was difficult. But heavy bowguns just rip apart the two black diablos in it. It's got to be one of my favorite weapons overall. Its support capabilities are impressive as well.

Light Bowgun: Prosperity, Genie's Lamp.
Why: When it comes to playing in a group, this is one of my favorite weapons out there. My damage output is reasonable, but in my hands, monsters won't stand a chance. I love using Prosperity as my support gun in groups, it has a wide array of shot support types, the only ones it doesn't really like are the crag/cluster shots. But I rarely use them anyway. Genie's Lamp is just amazing for the same reason gn_x00 likes it.

I am seriously astonished that someone didn't mention ULC in HBG list!!!!
well, it is a favourite list, but still...

ULC is the Ultimate Lao-Shan Cannon, right?
I never got it yet. So I can't really say it's one of my favorites.
