Use a thunder elemental weapon like the Purse bop, Khezu hammer, for your armour, full Ceanataur S, with Sharpness +1, therefore your weapon has a white sharpness.

It is good for high rank, probably the best.

To unlock the Gathering Hall Silver Rathalos, and Gold Rathian, you need to kill 10/25 each. And have killed 100 wyverns total. By the way, you need the Gathering Hall SIlver Los, and Gold Rathian to unlock Urgent to move on to HR7.

Either the ceanataur Head axe or the narga hammer will do the job just fine. IIRC cean has a bit more power but the narga has the massive +50% affinity and reaches purple sharpness instead of white sharpness. All in all I think they are quite equal. At max it could make a difference of a few minutes but that's about it. Since it's a hammer you're gonne be using you really don't need to use element. Element isn't that effective on GS or hammers.

The thing with silver rathalos that's different from other rathalos is that it's NOT the head that's the weakspot but his wings. There is about a 10 damage points difference between them when using a hammer so it's not THAT much. It's often much easier to hit his head so you should focus on that untill you knock him down, and when you knock him down with the hammer (that he's lying on the floor seeing stars) it's better to target HIS right wing (the other one often flaps around a bit and is a bit harder to hit). You should be able to get two triple pounds in and then when he's back up again, target the head again.

For the silver and golden rathies in the guild in high rank you need to kill 10 of each. You should be pretty close to this number anyway by then. But for the nekoth quests I can't find any conditions that need to be cleared to unlock them.

Ceanataur S armor is better though, there is a difference.

Ceanataur S gives sharpness +1 on its own, which U doesn't so you'd have to gem it for which you need a lot of ceanataur claw+ iirc which can be quite annoying to get.

Anyway Ceanataur S armour with purse bop, not U, 'cause it's good, but not better than S, U gunner armour is good for Narga, especially with Tankmage+.

you don't need element in Hammer. Go with raw, either Ceanataur Head Axe or Narga Hammer
