When I was a noob fighting Khezu.
He limped 3 times already and couple more hits and dead. He a vespoid stings me and im paralyzed, khezu does his lighting attack thing n i died.

i Killed 24 Mono and no Heart
i got 2 Heart in one quest from HR4 Daimyo but after 50 Daimyo killed

from high rank IIRC. dunno, haven't kill daimyo for ages

Fighting a Diablos managing to cut off it's tail at the Desert only to have it disappear because it was at an entrance of a cave.

But mostly Vespoids. ESPECIALLY seemingly infinite Vespoid spawn points whenever you're going gunner. In my case, every time I go Light Bow Gun to kill a G-rank Plesioth at the Old Desert either with friends or by myself I HATE how when I want to ledge so I can break the fin off the Plessy more easily that Vespoid either:

1. Knocks me out of zoom scope, and then makes me fire in the other direction OTHER than the Plessy.
2. Dies 14 times either by Plessy's or my hands, seemingly a number to stop spawning but nope, spawns again. Thus 'inifinite' spawn point.
3. Paralyses me leaving me open for the Plessy to squirm towards me/water gun me.

Bosses don't really bother me or frustrate me all that much besides the occasional cheap shot or the WTF-How-Did-I-Die moments, its only the Vespoid family of monsters that bother the living daylights out of me.

But if I have to choose a boss that frustrates me the most... King Shakalaka hands down.
