get armor with evade +2 it's very handy also take a farcaster in the bigin use the farcaster go to zone 1 and trap the tigrex and if he gets angry just flash him

I wouldn't really flash it unless you need a breather, I find the Tigrex to be just like the Rajang when flashed, as in they go wild. Evade +2 isn't really necessary in this mission though, so it depends on what weapon you want to bring. As for your question about Ceanataur S/U; the S series has Sharpness +1 while the U has Sharp Sword. Sharpness +1 as mentioned boosts the weapons sharpness level while Sharp Sword keeps your weapon from losing sharpness as fast. The higher the Sharpness level, the higher the boost in attack, which is why most prefer S.
