	Wiki Pages Akantor Log in to remove this sponsored message hi i'm just asking how to beat the akantor? i haven't got the quest yet. i'm just getting ready. which is best? bow, gun, longsword, dual blade, longsword, or great sword? i still don't know how to use lance and gunlace and not sure how to use sword and shield. heh heh:)

	Among these weapons I'd actually say Dual Blades. Eternal Shisms is a fair choice here. For armor I suggest Ceanataur Helm (low rank) Ceanataur U Ceanataur U Ceanataur S Ceanataur S gemmed properly (including the weapon slot) you get Sharpness +1, Sharp Sword, Sharpening Skill Increase and possibly defense -20. ------------------- I read that I cannot delete my own account -_- So don't bother sending me any PMs or other messages. 	I wouldn't use SnS to begin with anyway (used to play almost only with SnS). The gunlance tactic is actually very easy, akantor was the first monster I used a GL for and it worked out prefectly. I killed it first or second try I think. The armor you need is hermitaur (purple i think) for the guard +2. Guard inc can be usefull but isn't really needed. As for weapon Gun chariot is amazing. Just make sure you don't get cornered in by him cause then you can get into trouble. The reason why I liked the GL is because you can break/cut everything off him. You can cut his tail, break his face and claws and get his back spikes off aswell by poking his belly.
