Just because someone says that an armor sucks doesn't mean that they can't do the quest with that armor. I can say that Rathalos Soul U sucks against Aka because of the incredibly low Dragon Resist, but I've cleared the Akantor Quest many times with that armor.

And as Yuki said, if you can do it with a certain weapon and armor, it doesn't mean that that weapon is a good suggestion. So if you can do it with Tigrex S and whatever weapon you used (probably TDS judging by how you play), it doesn't mean that that is a good suggestion.

What I'm saying is that if Terry and I say that Tigrex S is a bad choice against Aka, that doesn't mean that we can't kill it with Tigrex S, it simply means that there are better options.

TBH, I'm not surprised. Most of his posts contradict each other.
