	for cephalos you can take any armor.just make sure you have sonic bombs a sword with 300 attack power. and items you want

	I think you can't capture them. Maybe Cephadromes. Bring a lot of Sonic Bombs so they'll come out of the sand. It'll save you some time, too.

	Bring a lot of sonic bombs and material to make them. Get a long sword, stand between his legs and hit his legs or his belly. When you have done enough damage to his belly, his fin will be broken. Watch out for his tail and you can try to attack his head after a sand blast from him.
