	Also considering that simply searching through the search function will help answer questions and prevent needless duplicate threads. I can think back to multiple times where a simple thread search would have solved a member's problems there and then. -------------------

Such as spamming, bypassing the swear filter and so on. TBH bans are at the mods descretion. That may choose to let you off once, but if you do it again, you'll be banned. Bans also vary in length. Ranging from a day to what is known as a perma-ban. A perma-ban is reserved for the worst offenders and means you can never come back to neo ever again.
