heya guys, i gotten to this quest and i was wondering what should i do? cause i got to naruga kuruga killed it but ran out of time before i could kill rajang. I use fully upgraded in defense rajang armor, and siegmund, i also have lacerator and akantor greatsword i am also working on diablos kingblade should i just make and king blade and attempt it? or should i go longsword and use shadow moon blade? thanks!!!

I can't be much of a help on the tactics but I may suggest for you to try the set that I've used to complete this.

I used full garuga x armor set and the last upgrade of the dual swords with thunder and paralysis attribs, used this set for 3 times I think and luckily completed the quest in the whole 11 tries. Seconds to go before time over and shouted YEEEEYYY wholeheartedly when rajang died.

You see I haven't tried this quest again after consuming so much time on it and even tried all the alternatives that I've had from my weapons and armor sets. I guess perseverance is the key.

Another thing... I ran out of flash bombs and pots after Tigrex so it's advisable to bring lifepowders and of course 10 lifecrystals and 10 wyvern claws to create more lifepowders. You can also gather some pots and other helpful items in the arena while waiting for the next monster.

thanks for a solution, but do you think the rajang armor and evicerator ( 1400 raw +6 defence great sword) will do good? it has adreniline so maybe if i use demon along with it i can kill them faster? tigerx really takes most of the time since it takes 2 GS charges to make him flinch so like 14 gs charges total, anyways thanks

Actually I've tried the ff and got these results:

Shadow Blitz hammer - owned Los and Tgrx fast (can finish both in around 15 mins) but having hard time following and killing Narga. Result: Time Over after fighting Rajang for a short moment. Gave up after trying several times.

Shadow GS - not too good for the outcome - took a long time slaying even Los and Tigrx, I guess I'm just more comfortable with hammer for those first 2. Result: Just below 5 mins. left before even getting to fight with Rajang.

SNS - I tried poison, sleep and para attrib sns - not good after the 13 LBB+ has gone out. Took a long time to even kill Los.

Duals - since they are my fave wpn type, I managed to kill the first 3 monsters with around 15 mins more left to kill Rajang - but for the first few tries I keep on dying against Rajang and Narga due to the time pressure.

The time I had completed this quest, I just felt that I was so lucky that Rajang died right away - got the same scenario when I'm using duals, it's only because the Rajang died before the time lapses.

I haven't tried bow/bowguns for this quest though.

Back to your question - if you're confident with your GS skills then you will surely finish it as long as you have a decent raw GS damage.

i am not really skilled with other stuff a side from bow's and longswords and greatswords, i was planning on working on my skills for other weapons later lol.. anyways thanks for your advice!
