The Nosada. I'm pretty sure that its just available in stores over time. Its only available to the Ninja class, though.

No, but the Illusionists and Summoners have a support ability called Half MP, which halves the MP cost for attacks. It can be found in stores.

Actually... Sword Breaker is just a random reward for completeing high level missions. It was just random luck that I got it when I did... and just to clarify, I didn't get it in the Materiwood mission, I got it in the mission where you Free Materiwood... like.. when you add it to your Clan's turf.

Errrr, a question here. How come my ninja's double sword doesn't work when I change his job class although he has mastered it?

You know what's funny is that I just got it(Nosada) before I read your post. I receved it when my clan skill leveled up to 15 after a mission. I dont know which though cuz 3 of them went up at the same time.
They are:The Lightning bolt(magic i think), The Pliers (skill with tools?), The Magnifying glass(search skill?)

And about the MP Regain thing, the last time checked it was 5mp per turn(i hope its the same for each race)

this is off topic but how many crystals are there. i don't know if it got answered already but this way is faster. I deastroyed the 2nd one so is that good???
