	Haha, I'm working on my holiday body, too! But I prefer the cross trainer to the treadmill, haha, I love walking everywhere generally, too. Just got back from my friend's house. Spent an hour being taught the guitar and my fingers are now really hot and slightly painful, haha. Must persevere!

Laundry would be the only concern, of course. Cross trainer is nice. Well, practicing the Pentatonic and Phrygian scales is always a good place to start. 	Your fingers will feel better soon! (: wait until you get a shower. The water hits your fingertips and is soooo painful. Just gotta keep practicing your guitar so the calus doesn't fade. As for the gym, I'm beyond lazy. But I'm the kind of person who can eat like an elephant, do 20 crunches and still have visible abs. 	Yeah, I'm the product of an athlete and someone with genes for hypothyroidism. Taking no chances and exercising a lot! My fingertips are already hard so it's not too bad, I'm glad to be doing it, though His mum thinks we're secretly getting together, haha.

	I wouldn't say guys with premature ejaculation have a great life. Hypothyroidism also runs in my family and my metabolism is generally quite slow. I don't really eat that much though so it's al good. Even so, even if I had the perfect body, I still wouldn't wear a bikini or even a swimming costume. Waaaay too self conscious. 	My eyes are sensitive as all hell, so I'm a bit limited in swimming. I'm okay with going underwater and am generally okay, but I'll never be opening my eyes down there. At a pool on holiday once we had this thing where you dove under and had to get these rings at the bottom. So many failed attempts. ------------------- Facebook

I like that you refer to it as a "swimming costume." I have no weird family diseases. I pretty much eat what i want to, and gave stayed the same weight for a long time. 	Sadly my weight goes crazy and fluctuates a lot been unable to take advantage of my restricted, yet free, hours at the gym due to being too busy and it shows Managed to wind my parents up by shouting the voice commands at Skyrim. Oops.

	Is swimming costume not the correct terminology? I've been saying it for years. Now I have all this imagery in my head of me swimming around a pool dressed up in fancy dress or something.
