Neighbourhoods

So do you just use your default neighbourhoods or do you use custom ones as well? Have you ever used the create-a-world tool?

Personally I have no expansion packs and so I am isolated to just the one neighbourhood. I have yet to experiment with the creations of others because I'm not bored of the default one yet. I am currently trying to make my own world in Create A World but it is so much of a hassle switching between the tool and the game and making things work correctly that I have been neglecting the project.

What about you guys that play on PS3 and xbox 360? I think you're isolated to just the default neighbourhood so how do you feel about that and do you like the neighbourhood?

Axarcrie, to be honest with you, it's mostly because I'm poor.

I mostly focus on the household I'm playing rather than whizzing around the community lots so I guess that's why it's so tolerable though I really am sick of the same families every time I start a new game. Finding my Sim a decent spouse the first generation is an absolute nightmare and usually I end up marrying them off to a Sim with a million secret partners.
