Multiple Accounts?

TS3 requires that the disk be in the computer to be able to play the game, just like TS2 and TS1. So even though you can install the game on more than one computer, you can only play the game on one computer at a time. As for the "accounts" that your talking about. You can only create one account with EA when you register the game since the account is linked to the registration code on your copy of the game.

As for your question on whether or not there are any ways to get around this. There are no legal ways to do it as this game has copywrite laws that ban exploiting the game to avoid purchasing multiple copies. Discussion of "illegal" ways to accomplish this are banned from discussion on this forum.

I think I know what you mean. You can't register the same Sims 3 game on the website twice, but you can have the game installed on both computers. To share content, have your brother go on your shared account on Computer A and go to download history on TS3 site. Download it to the launcher. Then, you get on computer B and download the content to THAT launcher. There is an unlimited time of how many times you can re-download, I believe.

I advise against Exchange material, since a lot of it has bad CC and/or has glitches/Trojan Horses. Official EA store material is fine, it's just it cost real life money. Mod The Sims is a good place to look if you use CC.

The game can only have one EA online account. However, when it comes to gameplay, if you're using the same computer, you can always make different neighbourhoods to play in so you have your own games.
