This was my thing, I was unbeatable by my friends. Guile, Thanos, and magneto all the way. I have not played it yet for X-box, do you feel that if it is better.......that is, if you played the dreamcast version.

It's very nearly identical. The sound quality might be better a little bit, but for the most part it's the exact same thing. Even the controllers are similar(lol). There's been talk that a few glitches had been taken out, but so far it's been nothing you'd use in a tourney anyways.
