i think they made this offline because there is really no point in a 2d fighter to be on line when you think about it. Not that many people play Capcom vs Snk2, so it basically makes sense ------------------- SAMPLE | |

Actually, you're wrong. Not including the Tekken/Virtua Fighter games, MvC2 and CvS2 are pretty much the only games still being played at the arcade. This games are huge, and people would've paid good money to play online. The problem was the fees Marvel was charging Capcom to bring the online feature to the US. The PS2 version is actually online in Japan, and the only reason the X-box version wasn't is because the XB is still stuggling out there. | |

the reason its not online because, its so lag that when u press lp for example, it will wait awhile for it to came out. so its no point making it online. while in japan, they are smooth, no lag at all. | |
