Something tells me either
#1: someone related to Xing (not Xing himself) may have posted that crap.
#2: Xing misunderstood something, or had a personal grudge at Gotenks for reasons.
#3: Xing wasn't himself, and was going crazy
#4: The slim chance he actually wanted to get banned.

I don't know what else to say.

- I have been sick all week, and Mom wouldn't let me come on here because I stayed home sick with a terrible cold. (Now given it to family.) For a while I thought I had the flu, but I don't. (I'm completely better now.

+ On a brighter note, a couple of my school friends came over for the first time in 16 years, and because I wasn't sick, they could come over. Me, my Dad, and my two friends played several dittos, and a 4 way free for all with all Sonic. 'Twas fun.

Edit: Lul RS, that's probably the closest I've gotten to a simulpost on this site.
