@Jess: I say put ryan as 'Crew creator' or something since he's not active enough to be 'Leader'

Also, you do so many things out of your own choice. Before the rest of us actually know what's going on most of the time you've already changed something.
You could argue that that makes you a 'good leader' or that it makes you very presumptuous, ie you're taking control and assuming we're alright with it.
