why is it that i have 111 chainsaw kills in ranked matches in gears of war 1 and havent gotten the achievement yet? | |

There is a list of reasons why some kills do not count toward achievements. Just keep trying and you will get it. By the way this is the Gears 2 discussion board. | |

make sure ur not doing it in annex or it dosent count+ chainsaws regiser really late.all achivments took me around 130 kills that 1 took me 208 lmao. -------------------  you cant lick your elbow | |

Do not chainsaw when their down. It counts as an execution or avoid stealing kills. For example this used to happen a lot with me: I would double team an enemy and try to chainsaw and my teammate would down them at the last second and I would steal their kill on accident. ------------------- I'm a mortal.
