ACY3: Hmm, I see. They are still planning on turning the world into a toxic globe.

General Soloman: ACY3 come in. We have some information on that red tiberium.

ACY3: Go ahead.

General Soloman: It seems that Tiberium Riparius (green) is formed by the fusion of Vinifera (Blue) and this new red tiberium. Blue is the least toxic of the three but is highly explosive. Green is hardly explosive and has a mild toxidity level. But this red tiberium has a massive level of toxidity, spreading fast and encouraging the tiberium life-forms to it.

ACY3: We believe that the NOD leader may be trying to fire missiles filled with the stuff all over the planet. We need to capture there silo's before they are complete.

Soloman: There are only 3 locations where tiberium of this magnitude could have been discovered, 2 of which are controlled by strong GDI bases. The other is right on the equator, in Malaisia. We are now sending troops to investigate.

ACY3: Tell them to be extremely careful. If this is as important as we suspect, then NOD will not have left it lightly guarded.

Admiral: ACY3, we are picking up movement on scanners. It seems the Black Hand has come back to finish the job.

ACY3: Uh Oh, not good. Inform Soloman and southern cross. Then work on an Evac plan. In the mean time, reactivate the defenses, all of them. And when it is charged, fire the EMP.

Admiral: Yes sir, perimeter defenses on-line.

Admiral: Sir, we have Cyborg activity. Defences are coming online.....now!

There is a sudden sound of electricity flow as the base defenses turn and target the army of Cyborgs. Vulcan cannons start spitting lead, RPG's start firing grenades, and a large amount of Orca's hover and start to gain altitude.

ACY3: Great, I knew he couldn't be trusted, tell him to stop, if he refuses, open fire on him.

*Meanwhile, the cyborgs outside the base are being blown to pieces.*

ACY3: HAHA, chew those mechanical guys up. GO GDI! GO GDI!

ACY3: FINE! Give him a weapon, but if he starts to play up, shoot him. He is still new to GDI, even if if used to be with us.

Admiral: Sir, our men have successfully destroyed the enemy's Ion device and all plans on how to build it. Our EMP cannon is also ready.

ACY3: Great, fire the EMP!

*A GDI trooper brings a heavy-machine-gun to Simomatic and asks him to follow to the battle field.

ACY3: Uh Oh, this is not looking good. What can we do, there are far too many of them and we do not have a weapon powerful enough to...

Admiral: Sir, the Ion Cannon. We never used it on the enemy base and it has orbited to our location. We can use it to destroy most of the Cyborgs.

ACY3: Yes, finally some hope! Type in the co-ordinates and the 3 Ion pass-codes.
