Changes? |

What changes do you think Red Octane will do to this game?
Also, what changes would you like to see in it? I personally think Red Octane will not change anything. Apart from the characters, (I heard that they will be changed into the people in Aerosmith. Might not be true.) I actually like everything the way it is. So, I don't wany anything changed. -------------------

They might be. Although, it was just a rumor.

Please, please, please reduce the timing window from Guitar Hero III. The timing window is way too big, they need to tone it down a bit, like it was in Guitar Hero II.

There is a cheat called precision mode, which you would probably like.
If they do it for Guitar Hero: Aermosmith, then you will be happy. -------------------

quote ButchSmudge31Yes, but precision is way too accurate. Rock Band and Guitar Hero II had the perfect timing window in the middle of those two. You don't have to be perfect and you are given some leeway, but you cannot hit a note when it's 1/4th of the fretboard away, there is not that much leeway. ------------------- ![]() It's out now! - Abbey Road is incredible.

quote FusionI had the Wii version of Guitar Hero III as well, and I can honestly say that the Xbox 360's timing window took some getting used to, because it seemed harder. The timing window for the Wii version was way too big, and made the game way too easy. I doubt much will change about the game, except for a few minor changes here and there regarding characters and whatnot. ------------------- Soon to be six-time Superbowl Champions

The timing window has been toned down to be in the middle of GH2 and GH3. Hooray!

So is the hammer-on/pull-off system the same as GH3? or is it just the timing window on regular notes?
And what system did you play the demo on? On the 360, the timing window was about between the window on GH2 and Wii version of GH3. On the 360, I really thought it was great how it was. -------------------
