So whats your favorite character?

Mine is Taikong Wang

Mine looks like Sun Wukong or Yoshitsune Minamoto from initial videos but u cannot have a favourite character until u play the game with all characters or see thier entire moveset

How can it be any other than Zhao Yun and Zhang Liao!?

Just because new characters arrive doesn't mean that I should like them any more than the good old oldies

Of the newies I think Sun Wukong appears to be my favourite based on the video

I like Motochika wayyyy better ;o But Toshiie has an awesome moveset. And Toshiie is like a son to Katsuie ;o I was confused at first

Mostly looking forward to the older characters i've always liked rather than the very new ones, though i do like the look of Gracia. But mostly Nouhime, Zhen Ji, Sun Ce, Zhou you, etc !

Cao Ren. He was a favorite from DW5 due to his personality, character design, and football playing Mega Man fighting style. In WO, Cao Ren stood out even more because he does best with situational use of most of his move set. When played ideally, many characters have one or two best attacks to spam. Shorty gets to C2-ex bomb crowds, C4 > C1 officers (and keep C1'ing if they aren't already dead), C3 stun, mow groups with C6, and R1 counter and stomp launch the scattered enemy into the bounce of death. I found him especially interesting to play and enjoyable to master. He's really quite powerful when he gets going.

That couldn't have worked because of the Renbu system

Quite frankly I hate the renbu to boring the old style was so much better than this new PS3 crap

The renbu's boring?

The old way was set in stone, so you could use your best moves over and over again from the start.

The Renbu system forces you to build up your power and gradually get to your best moves instead of using them straight away. It provides more of a challenge and is better for gameplay. Now whether you like it or not is just opinion, but (no offence) calling it boring when compared to the old system is just plain wrong.

Also, favorite characters;

Taishi Ci, Dian Wei, Ma Chao, Zhou Tai, Sun Ce, Sun Jian, Xu Huang, Ginchiyo Tachibana, Kenshin Uesugi and Ranmaru Mori.

They're all equally my favorites, aside from Taishi Ci, Dian Wei and Ginchiyo Tachibana (all better than the rest )

Masamune Date SW1 style... TT_TT I beg you KOEI! Bring him back into WO:MO

I couldn't stand Masamune in SW:1 he was so weak.

However Koei really did up his game up in SW2 he was second to Kotaro.
