Fatal Frame 4 for Wii. Agree, Disagree and Why? - Page 4

Really, I hope in a multiformat version of the game. I'm not interested in Wii and I don't like the control system. But if FF4 will be released only on Wii, I think I will not buy it: I will ask a friend of mine to lend me his Wii and I will play it. If FF4 will be release on Xbox360/PS3 I buy it for sure.

Weel, I dont like Wii even beacuse it is only a Gamebuce with a weird controller... but It's only a my opinion, if someone like it, he is free to use ^^ But I don'0t like that FF4 will be release only on Wii. Maybe it will be something like Resident Evil 4, releaded at very first only on GC, then on PS2. And I think PS2 can manage FF4, as the screenshoots and trailers I had seen.

Well, at least we can hope that we can use classic GC controller for FF4. ^^

Maybe they have an idea for a wireless wii camera, or something that the wiimote can sit on to have the feeling of holding a camera.

i disagree i think that they should stick with the consoles that they have released the other fatal frame games on. and im not going out a buying a wii just for fatal frame 4 and i think they wont sell very good. they should stick the the basic consoles which everyone has ps2 , ps3 , xbox 360

Now onto my rant! Okay, I bought a ps3 just for Fatal Frame IV and Final Fantasy XIII. It wasn't my cash that went into the ps3, long story don't even make me go there, but my dad paid for it and he is loaded. I'm not a spoiled little brat so don't even go there. He lives on a fishing boat in Alaska, and if there is anyone that knows about Alaska fishing, they know there is a lot of cash in it. He owns over 15 ships so he has the $500 to spare....Wait I got off...Dang it! :P

Overall my ps3 is uber delicious. I would even go so far as to say it is orgasmic! Not once in my wildest dreams did I think a game could look this good. But the problem is that there just isn't that many great games out. I loved Heavenly Sword and how it used the six axis. Fatal Frame has always had the ability to shake ghosts off by rapidly moving the joy stick. Can you imagine playing this game and literally shaking a ghost off of you?....

Not only that, but the ghosts are getting more and more real looking. Who can say that a ghost looks real but still! The playstation has fricken blueray and hd! Imagine the opening and closing movies!!!!!!!!!!!! It would look like Final Fantasy Advent Children, or The Spirits Within! But better. And oh so much scarier.

Now, all of my friends have WIIs and I'm sorry but I can't look at a WII and see it holding up a resident evil or fatal frame. This system, while some games are fun, is not for hardcore, bloody, gory, survival horror kind of people! This system is for Rayman and Smash Brosm, which are both okay games, not for first person shooters.

Don't look at me and say that Wiis are for manly men, I will slap you upside the head. One of my friends that own a Wii is named Cole. I obses over Fatal Frame all the time because I love it, so he really wanted to see it. Cole did not get through the first walk through the mansion in III without screaming when the ghosts popped up...I had to play through the entire game for him, because he was too scared. Same goes for FF2. I haven't played number 1 yet, because I've only beaten it once. I got this one last and it's moderately harder than the others.

So there is one of my friends that own a Wii. I'm not getting much into my other friend because she has really low self asteem and won't even play smash bros with other people because she isn't very good at games. She has a slow reaction time due to her dislexia (sp). But she has a wii along with a ps3 and an Xbox, I don't know what verson cuz I don't know anything about Xboxes but I think it's a 360, it's got that little green ring that is known for being doom when it turns red. Her family is loaded as heaven is high and her little brother loves games, especially first person shooters.

Well Cole says that he is going to get FF4 but he lies a lot. Oh and did I meantion that he said that if he gets it, I have to play it because it's too scary for him?

Put Fatal Frame IV on the PS3, or even the Xbox, and it is going to be the most gorgeous, scary, orgasmic, expirience of your life! Put it on the Wii and those PS3 owners are going to have to bail out the children that think they are grown up enough to turn off Mario Kart and play Fatal Frame or Silent HIll...

im 31 and there a lot more "adult" games on wii than anything else atm in my opinion.... HUH?? i hear you say.. well yes i put it to you that games aimed at teenagers with pixelated violence etc are MAINLY for teenagers NOT adults...

with that said wii has more than enough adult games coming where ps3/360 are pretty much ONLY dumbed down kid friendly pc games... any adult gamer is going to get a gaming pc not a 360/ps3 tho...




so all in all people generalise about consoles too much, wii is probably more adult than ps3/360 overall as it at least has some constructive apps/games adults can benefit from and enjoy etc...


also most owners of any console are under 18, except pc gaming maybe, which is the only place you get "adult" and truely hardcore games etc...

when i heard that ff4 was coming out for the wii, i was excited. c: i hope they use the wii remote like a camara- i think that'd be really fun.
however, when i heard it was wii EXCLUSIVE- i felt that'd let down those who got the other games for the xbox and ps2. :/ i would've tried to release it on at least one other console.
