	I think I figured this out.. Like I said, the president's limo was frozen. Meaning that any impact on it would be an instant kill. Now, I had my Apollo fighters covering my cryocopters and they must've shot down an enemy fighter, which then fell on the limo, thus causing the laser to fire.
