XD The header obviously needs L, Light, and the original Death Note. I think those should be the only requirements. But it would probably look better if it also had Ryuk, Mello and Near, maybe Misa, and part of the "How to Use" page. Pictures should probably be from the anime and manga. Movie too if it'll work (movie Ryuk ftw!). Or we could keep it simpler. I'd like to see manga L/Light, movie Ryuk, anime DNote and How to Use, for sure. 	Well, if it's a graphics thread, then it depends on the entries. The usual limit is two headers and two footers per person... but since We're not sure of how many people will participate, should we increase the amount? I'm not sure... I doubt anyone really cares who wins, just so long as we get a header. XD (She means that in a good way. We'd appreciate each and every entry regardless of who wins. It just shows how much love there is for the series~ ) A thing I've learned is that clutter is bad... so, if I participate, i'll try to get a solid flow for the images. XD Maybe... Anime version of L and Light in the front, with faded versions of their movie selves in the background. It's just an example of the different angles we can approach this with. XD) If it's okay with the others and cleared by a higher up, I think it would be alright if you created a New thread. I would be more than happy to help, but I fear my painfully long posts would terrify other members. A forum RP should be something that can be enjoyed by everyone, and not just the hardcore writers. (I think that fact is why I had such a hard time recruiting people in the first place. It's my cross to bear. ) So... If there's any discussion value, feel free. 	Lei14's post above sort of defines what I think. Let's keep the roleplay over there for now, and stay away from Fan Fictions (for now) until the forum is a little older and has some more posts in it. =D If you guys want to go ahead with the header contest, go for it, if it's not happened already (admittedly I haven't hit the rest of the forum yet). I would recommend 3 submissions for footer and 3 for header per person in my opinion. =) The other limits sound good imo, but try and keep submissions under 100kb. =) ------------------- ~ Warhammer ~ GTA IV ~ Sins

And for now I have to agree, I think that the header should have both Light and L somewhere in it to please everyone in the forum, even though others are more difficult and like characters like Matsuda and Matt and will not be pleased without these characters being in the header. But to be fair to the forum I think it should be a requirement to at least have L and Light in the header. It's actually the choice of whoever makes the header so they could also add in other characters like Misa, Ryuk, Rem, etc. As for: Spoiler: Light Highlight this box with your cursor to read the spoiler text. Light's grave that would be a total spoiler to many in the forum who saw the header, after seeing it they would definitely know that Light dies sometime through in the series so I don't suggest this being an idea for a header and I think using an alive Light would work way better. ^__^ ------------------- [ Digital ] [ Art ] [ The Sims Neoportal ]
