	Log in to remove this advertisement Hi - I am playing this game on PS2 and cannot get past the Krachan! I reach the room, but have spent hours trying to find out how to kill him.. THere are no walkthroughs for this yet on PS2 - please help!! Thanks Sophie

	Ah - found it - you have to go out of the room again and open the other side doors! then you find the gear rooms! (just incase anyone else is struggling).

	Ive pulled both the levers in the the side rooms and i climbed up the wall in the Kracken room and jumped onto the beam but whenever i try to get onto the little ledge she falls: And well, dies.

Here's from the Tomb Raider Chronicles.net walkthrough: "Jump to grab the beam behind you. When the camera shifts behind Lara, traverse to the right. Pull up and hang from the other side of the beam. Traverse to the left around the corner of the broken pillar and jump to grab the ledge on the left. Then jump on the bridge that moved away from the spiked platform. Turn left and walk on the beam. To make sure Lara will walk on the beam and not fall down, press slightly the Left Analog Stick so that Lara is actually walking. Then approach the beam to step on it and cross it to the end. Then jump to the spiked platform and pull the lever on the left. Here's Stellalune's version at http://www.tombraiders.net/stella/walks/TR8walk/ps2/02niflheim_ps2.html "Once Lara is standing on the beam, turn right and walk along the beam toward the kraken. When you've almost reached the end of the beam, drop and hang from it, so Lara's back is toward the pool. Traverse to the left, around the square support column with the tentacle gripping it. When you can't climb any farther, jump to the left to grab the small, square ledge near the retracted iron walkway. Pull up. Hop onto the iron walkway just ahead. Then turn left, jump onto the metal beam and cross over it to the spiked platform.

	I have pulled the lever thats on the spiked platform. But i don't know where to go nexted, i see the spiked platform moves up and down and have tryed to jump onto the big brown stones. It didn't work. Help, i really want to get over this level.

It didn't work. Help, i really want to get over this level. There's a grapple point above the spiked platform. Use it to get up to a corridor into the wall behind the platform. That should get you moving again. Ask for more help if you need it.
