Resolution problem, or ...

Hello all,

First, I must mention I am relativelly new on PS3 "universe", so I really need your advices.
Secondly, I am sorry if such a topic was already present on this board, but I consider it useful.

So, my problem is... as follows:
- I have the PS3 connected, with a good (not cheap) HDMI cable, to the Samsung 3D LED 32D6000 (full HD) TV.

- LA Noire has a strange blurry spectrum of luminescent pixels surrounding many of the characters, or objects. Also, there are edge areas which appears to be pixelated.
This strange effect is present into other games I played too, but it is not so obvious as it is on LA Noire and Red Dead Redemption.

- I checked the resolution settings and it has all the options: I mean, the native one, the 720p one and 1080p and i ones, so the strange effect could be related with this feature?...
Do I have to set something here?
(In the meanwhile I unchecked the 1080, giving it only 720p, but the image remained the same inside the game after doing this.)


- I tried to reduce the TV contrast and other TV image settings, but the effect is still present, just not so intense...

What else should I try to do? The situation is really annoying, please believe me...
