For those of you that played R1 when you paused the game you could read about the various vehicles and chimera. Can you do that in this game, or do you need intel?

There's no vehicles in the game, and the only non-intel reports you can see this time round are for the weapons. No Chimera info.

They give you gun info and thats about it.

from what i gather, the chimera are an alien race. Brought to us by a comet which contained a virus. Some how that virus started infecting and corresponded with humans, creating hybrids and what not. The comet landed millions of years a go, and with it came the pure, alien race chimera, yet some how they were defeated, or went dorment. Then recently some how in Russia they awoke and so forth. Am i right?

The are closer to what I wanted, sorry Chronic! When you paused the game on R1, there was an option called notes (or something similar) Reading that would tell you a little about the Chimeran creatures. Not too fussed, it was just quite intersting.
