At the moment the online is slow but thats because it just came out, wait about 5 minutes and you might have 5-10 people. I enjoy the game online and the campaign isn't too bad either.

That's good news. I just ordered the game so I'm hoping that I have it on Monday.

One thing though, I noticed when playing the online demo the sniper-rifle was overpowered. Is it overused online? I quit playing Resistance online because of the rifle, and I had a similar feeling when playing the demo.

Amazingly enough the sniper is not overused, but more or less underused.

AH, best news in a while. I HAWT robots in this game so far (only played the demo though)
ANd one more thing, the demo showed a really bad lobby system. Is the real game just like that?

Sadly the lobby system in the demo is the exact same. But in ranked games you usually don't have to wait too long.

Got the game for a day now. Single player is great thus far, and mp is fun as well. The lobby *bleep* though. Half of the time I get 'connection failed'. Another thing that bugs me is that the game keeps on placing me vs the high lvl players, which is unfair.
Luckily the sniper isn't used too much though, there are some times when it gets frustrating but they get blown away (literally lol) pretty fast.

Just because their level is high doesn't mean they are any good . And if you beat single player you get a new multiplayer character to use. (Not saying who but they are in the storyline.)

army of 2 is horrible online. only 2 on 2 as far as i know.

You get Luka by shooting every target mark in every mission offline. Also the character you get for just completing offline is Joe, the guy from NEVEC.

Lol I don't know who Joe is, I've only just passed the mission with Green Eye (great battle btw, I swear he killed me so many times on the part where you have to take out the 4 parts just above it's head)

And I rarely shoot target marks. And if that's my reward for it I'm not bothering either.

Ah, I know who Joe is. Great character. I'm at the last boss now, and I only didn't beat him because I didn't feel like it.

I like the SpiderBot btw, it's drill is a force to be reckoned with, and it can take a shitload of damage. The only downside is that you actually need that armor, because it's slow as hell

Also the first boss in lvl 10 took me half an hour, because I didn't know you had to go right into those tunnels to shoot it's weakspots.

The bosses in this game are easily said intense. I love this game for it's bosses alone.

The bosses are quite intense, but pretty difficult at the same time. And for the giant worm you don't need to go into the holes to kill it, because i never did. You only need to destroy his feelers enough and then he reveals his weak spot.

I started doing that and after I got his life down to 70%, it stopped. So going into the holes was the only option for me.

Also, I still haven't beaten the final boss. I dunno but I hate finishing a game in a week. He's not a problem though, I already figured out that simply attacking him is the best way.



Replaying this game with cheats. HAR for Rocketpods-equiped VS´s!
