	Log in to remove this sponsored message Someone hacked my account on WaW. and now i cannot get online anymore. It says i have over 2 million points in the negative. If i reset the whole profile on my xbox i will loose my map packs. Is there any way to start the profile over but not loose my downloads?

	If you're using the same xbox that you originally downloaded the map packs with you can keep everything within the Xbox and make a new gamertag.
