Got ICT coursework to be in on Monday.....looking forward to seeing how that one works out as i haven't done it yet! I can only do it in college. About CoD......personally i have never even attempted it on Veteran difficulty. I was playing campaign mode on CoD5 yesterday and i thought to myself that Veteran must actually be impossible? I was CONSTANTLY getting shot at. You cannot possibly go through without getting hit, unless you hide behind stuff the whole time and let them do the work If you have managed to do it, how long did it take you to do a single mission even? Edit: Nov 22, 08

I was wondering about CoD World At War....does anyone else feel as if it almost forces you to camp more? Or is it just me. Some of them maps, there's so many campers, its just not funny anymore. Asylum being one of them; you just cant run n gun, because it's so small, you always come across someone when you turn around. So its best to just stay where you are if you use your head. And some other maps people just generally camp more because the areas are more open They are harder to notice then, plus, because the area is open, they are too scared to show their face.

OMG COD5 is a great game but for some reason i don't find the online play as addicting as COD4 .
+1 It's still awesome though. As i've said before, its a different experience for us seeing as we played CoD4, there's nothing much new now, we know what to expect. When i first played CoD4, i was blown away. I was amazed. Now, its still the same as CoD4, so obviously i'm not going to be as impressed. Its like an add-on for CoD4 really, which takes it back into WWII times. One thing i miss about CoD4 though is that all the maps were so much clearer than the ones on CoD5. Its much more pleasant to play

Yeah apparently so. Technically this is not CoD5, its Call of Duty: World at War, and Infinity Ward are going to be working on Call of Duty 5 What do you mean you got lost with a map?

This happened to me last night, and come to think of it, i think it could have been around that time.
Failed to get into about 5 games in a row, whether it was "Setting Up" the match, or host ending game, etc.
Was fairly annoying tbh and then i couldnt be bothered to play it after that because i had waited for so long when it was setting up the match

Does anyone know what the clan tag [SPQR] is meant to be? It's really bugging me now. The amount of times i've seen this on CoD4 and on WaW is amazing really. And i have no idea what its meant to be.

Has anyone had really weird things happening in solo campaign mode? I decided to finally complete the game last night because i couldn't sign into PSN, and it took me nearly a whole hour to finish this one missions. I cant remember what the mission was called now, it was the one before the last one Downfall. At the end of it i had to 'Enter the Reichstag'
I got to the building and started killing the people running out of it, and i was standing around there for nearly an hour, nothing AT ALL would work. I was getting no instructions shouted at me or anything so i was like WTF AM I MEANT TO DO! All it said was enter the Reichstag but i couldnt get round the barriers.
I went right back to the start and made my way up (oh and yeah i had already blown up them things btw) and i made sure i didnt miss anything. I was doing it for *bleep*ing ages. I nearly came on here to ask wtf im meant to be doing, but then i decided to check out where the sgt. was. I couldn't see him by the building, so i thought hmm strange. I climbed up one of those ladders onto a platform, and he was just standing there looking at me Gave him a few shots to the leg and he still didnt do anything, so i pushed him down the hole for the ladder and then it worked

Yeah, i know what you mean. You have to be the one who advances, no one else will. But this time, i was at the front, and nothing was happening. I found the sgt further back in a building. It was somesort of glitch, he had froze. Just stood there looking around

Zuke, i thought it was a bit strange the other day. I never ever see you playing a game, and you told me you were getting WaW for xmas. On xmas day or boxing day, you were on Modern Warfare! Lol. Now i know.
Anyway glad you like the game, we'll have to get some games going sometime.

Never figured this one out - but if you were to throw somesort of a grenade at someone's head, would you kill them? Because well, i didn't think so, but i was playing on Makin the other day, and i just randomly launched a gas grenade as far across the map as i possible could - and i killed someone I assume he was extremely low on health and i know when a grenade strikes the enemy it does cause a little damage....but well i'm curious what would happen if it struck him on the head? I doubt it, it was probably just a coincidence, but judging by the radar i dont think there were any of my teammates over towards that area where i threw it.

He could have been in last stand but like i said i threw this so far and into an area miles away from my teammates. A teammate could have thrown a grenade, but....you cant go into last stand right? You die instantly with explosions im sure. And it was too far away for someone to shoot him - especially on Makin when you can't see over a fair distance.
Anyway, has anyone else tried this class i created the other day? I've been doing extremely well with it lately in Core TDM. And i mean really well. Carbine with flash hider and stopping power. Not totally sure of the other perks but they're not too essential i think. It's just that you don't appear on the radar because of the flash hider, and the gun is still extremely accurate and powerful. It's awesome.
First game on Seelow i went something like 33-5-4 or something. Had similar games but kills in the 20's for the next few games. Loving it!
