For Work Samples, we would definently like at least one or two. Back in the previous iteration, there were applicants with no work samples, which made it extremely hard to judge where to go with them. Links within Neo, and to other sites, are fine.

For Preferred Tutor, you can just write 'Anyone' if you have no real preference. If theres someone you know from around PokeFiction and would like to be under their watch, however, go for it! Even when there Student Slots are listed as None Available, still ask, and we'll see what we can do.

Additional Notes is an optional but helpful section. Are you looking into writing Comics or Fanfiction? Light-hearted humour or Mature story? Write this sort of stuff here and we can match you up to a tutor who suits you, and you'll reap the benefits!
